An outstanding venue for all occasions, the Everett Performing Arts Center (EPAC) is one of the premier rental spaces in Snohomish County for performing arts and special events. The Everett Performing Arts Center is owned and supported by the City of Everett as a service to the entire Everett community. In 1998, Village Theatre was contracted by the City of Everett to be the resident performing and management company.

Village Theatre Mainstage productions at Everett Performing Arts Center expanded to 4 weeks beginning in fall 2008 and also includes its own KIDSTAGE and Pied Piper programs. In addition to presenting a season of high-quality family theatre, the management and technical staff of Village Theatre are dedicated to making EPAC the best possible place for other community organizations that require a state-of-the-art venue for their events. Rental events include choral concerts, film festivals, ballet, receptions, seminars and business meetings.
