About

In early 1985, the Edward Nash Theatre opened with a diverse, week-long festival of events to celebrate the theatre's completion and to highlight it's promise of presenting a variety of quality events in years to come. Offerings in the fourteen seasons since have been no less varied or spectacular. Audiences have been treated to performers and performances like Pearl Bailey, Harlem Boys Choir, NJ Ballet, A Christmas Carol, Maynard Fergusen, Loretta Swit, Peking Acrobats, Annie, Eartha Kit, David Seddaris, The Gatlin Bothers, Kate Clinton and the Alvin Ailey Repertory Ensemble.

The theatre is named for the late Edward Nash, who was a founding RVCC Trustee, President of the College Foundation and principal fundraiser for the theatre/library building project.
